Welcome to Fabulous Granite and Marble LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service govern the stone fabrication, installation, and related services we provide to clients across Houston and the Greater Houston area, including Pearland, Friendswood, Sugar Land, League City, Galveston, Midtown, and The Woodlands.

By requesting a quote, booking a service, or submitting your information through our website, contact form, or SMS opt-in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1Definitions

  • "Company" refers to Fabulous Granite and Marble LLC.
  • "Client" refers to the person or entity requesting stone fabrication or installation services.
  • "Services" refers to the custom stone fabrication, countertop installation, fireplace wall installation, shower surrounds, outdoor kitchen tops, and any related work provided by the Company.
  • "Estimate" refers to a preliminary quote provided before final measurement and material confirmation.

2Services & Estimates

We specialize in the fabrication and installation of custom granite, marble, quartz, and quartzite surfaces for kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and shower surrounds. Because every project is 100% custom, any estimates provided online, over the phone, or via our contact form are preliminary.

Final pricing is established only after a professional in-home measurement and material selection. We offer free in-home estimates with no travel fee across our service areas.

  • Additional charges may apply for unusually complex cuts, specialty edge profiles, or premium material upgrades requested after the initial estimate.
  • Scope changes made after fabrication has begun may incur additional costs.
  • The Company will communicate any changes to pricing before proceeding.

3Booking & Scheduling

  • Services must be booked in advance by phone, email, or through our website contact form.
  • A confirmation will be sent once your appointment is scheduled.
  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred dates and times but cannot guarantee specific availability.
  • Measurements, fabrication, and installation are typically completed in separate scheduled visits.

4Pricing & Payment

  • All final pricing will be confirmed in writing before fabrication begins.
  • A deposit may be required to secure materials and schedule your project.
  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery or installation of materials in the event of non-payment.

5Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of measurement or installation appointments.
  • Cancellations after fabrication has begun may result in partial or full forfeiture of any deposit paid, as materials are custom-cut and non-returnable.
  • If the Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered at no penalty to the Client.

6Client Obligations

To ensure a smooth and safe installation, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide safe and unrestricted access to the property on all scheduled visit dates.
  • Ensure the workspace is clear of obstructions, personal items, and valuables prior to our team's arrival.
  • Ensure that cabinetry, plumbing rough-in, and any required structural work are fully completed before the installation date.
  • Disclose any known hazards, structural concerns, or access limitations on the property.
  • Secure pets away from the work area during all visits.

The Company is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incomplete site preparation or restricted access.


7Damage & Liability

Fabulous Granite and Marble LLC is fully insured and our team takes every precaution to protect your property during installation.

  • Any damage caused directly by our team during installation must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
  • Pre-existing damage, normal wear, fragile or unsecured items near the work area, and conditions that were not disclosed prior to installation are not covered.
  • Our liability is limited to the documented cost of repair or replacement for damages directly attributable to our installation work.
  • The Company is not liable for damage resulting from improper site preparation by third parties or incomplete cabinetry installation.

8Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our installation:

  • You must report concerns within 48 hours of installation completion.
  • Our team will return to assess and address any legitimate workmanship issues at no additional charge.
  • Concerns related to natural stone variation (veining, color variation, pattern differences) do not constitute defects, as these are inherent characteristics of natural stone.

9SMS & Text Messaging

Fabulous Granite and Marble LLC uses SMS (text message) communications to follow up on quote requests, confirm appointments, and keep you updated on your project - where you have opted in to receive such messages.

By submitting your phone number through our website contact form or quote request form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Fabulous Granite and Marble LLC related to your service inquiry, appointment scheduling, and project updates.

  • Message frequency: Varies based on your project and communication needs. You may receive messages to confirm appointments, share estimates, or follow up on your inquiry.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and will not receive further texts.
  • To opt back in: Reply START or contact us directly at (281) 306-5058.
  • For help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at [email protected].
  • Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any outside parties. Our SMS program operates in compliance with CTIA Messaging Principles, applicable carrier guidelines, and A2P 10DLC registration requirements.


10Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information collected - including name, address, phone number, and project details - is used solely to deliver your requested services and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

11Intellectual Property

All content on our website - including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements - is the exclusive property of Fabulous Granite and Marble LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.


12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabulous Granite and Marble LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


13Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to decline or discontinue services in the event of:

  • Non-payment or dishonored payments.
  • Unsafe or hazardous working conditions at the property.
  • Repeated cancellations without adequate notice.
  • Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful conduct toward our team.

The Client may cancel ongoing service arrangements at any time with appropriate written or verbal notice, subject to any applicable cancellation terms outlined in Section 5.


14Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the appropriate courts of Harris County, Texas.


15Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.


16Agreement

By requesting a quote, submitting your information, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Fabulous Granite and Marble LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
